 Over 8% of adolescents are actually depressed right now. Most of your friends and the people you know suffer from depression, and you might not even notice. Sometimes, it can be pretty easy to fake a smile, but there are always ways to tell whether or not a smile is genuine. Please do whatever you can to help people that are depressed, even if just little things.
